SHIPPING & RETURNS
Germany
We ship with DHL and UPS. Shipping for sheets with the dimensions 250x250 mm and 500x500 mm is €12.50 as long as they do not exceed the permitted weight of 31 kg (including shipping packaging). if the total weight is exceeded, the shipping costs will be increased by a further €12.50.
Sheets measuring 750x750 mm and 1000x1000 mm must be shipped as bulky goods, so there is a shipping surcharge of €22.50 per shipping package.
European Union

Click & Collect for our warehouse in Frankenberg (Germany)
We offer the option of conveniently picking up the ordered goods from our warehouse in Frankenberg (Eder), Germany. If you choose this option when placing your order, you will of course not incur any shipping costs. If your items are available, you will receive an email with further information on collection.
